Job Overview
The Dining Staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. The position requires maintaining cleanliness, professionalism, and efficient service while following company standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide information about food and beverage items.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar.
- Serve food and beverages according to company service standards.
- Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
- Prepare tables before service and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Clear used dishes, utensils, and glassware after guests finish dining.
- Process bills and payments accurately when required.
- Maintain proper grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards at all times.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Assist in banquet events when assigned.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform opening, closing, and side duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Report guest complaints, incidents, or operational concerns to the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
- Graduate or undergraduate of Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management or any related course is preferred.
- Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, or food service establishments is an advantage.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and strong work ethic.

Job Overview
The Cook is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food according to company recipes, quality standards, and food safety regulations. The Cook ensures that all meals are prepared efficiently, consistently, and on time while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, measuring, and portioning food items.
- Cook and prepare menu items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure food is prepared and served at the correct temperature and within the required time.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Monitor food inventory and inform the supervisor of items that need replenishment.
- Properly store food and label ingredients following food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and kitchen utensils.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Minimize food waste and practice proper portion control.
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing deliveries.
- Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist in banquet event food preparation when required.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain proper grooming, complete uniform, and professional conduct while on duty.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant, hotel, catering service, or similar establishment is an advantage.
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods, and kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
